Took my bike here for a service and MOT last week - what an amazing experience. Staff were very helpful and knew their stuff; offering all the best advice in the interest of my bike and riding experience. Courteous and friendly staff. Clear about payment and warranty terms. I pointed out that the bike needed a couple of things doing before I would be happy to take it away, they agreed, it was done within a couple of days and its been all good since. I understand it doesn't always go that way but had no problems whatsoever.

Bought my bike from here my 1250 bandit. I found them to be very helpful the bike is just a joy. The bike was cleaned serviced and a new MOT put on for me. They informed me straight away when the bike was ready a day early. Excellent highly recommended.

Great team at Motorcycle Giant. Just bought my second scooter from them, a great set-up. First scooter an old boy, had a few niggles but they fixed them without complaint or delay. Servicing and MOT done without fuss. The latest scooter, I messed up the financing on the day and they were really great and got me on my bike and home. They couldn’t have been more help full.
